I work in people analytics. Most of what I do comes down to the same idea: take something messy, make it clear, and make it useful for the people who need it.
My path here was not a straight line. I have picked up a range of technical and analytical roles along the way, and I am at my best when I am learning a new tool and working out how to make it do something genuinely useful.
Outside of work I like to tinker. I take on small technical projects at home, mostly to understand how things fit together and to keep learning. That same curiosity is what I bring to the day job.
